Welcome to Nokia Support Discussions!

This is a scam message. There are several signs indicating this:

Not a single company in the world is willing to give away money for nothing, not million pounds anyway.
If you really won something in a promo, we would know most of the details asked in the email and would address you with your own name instead of asking for it. And why would Nokia be interested in your marital status or occupation,? If you have won something, how come they do not know what country you are in?
They are asking you to send your personal information to an email address that is not an official Nokia email address. Even though the email may seem to have come from an official source, the originating email address can be easily spoofed.

So, do not contact these people, just delete the email. If you do, you may end up losing money or getting even more of these "promo" winnings. Please see this post for more information on hoax messages.

Complaints Admin

This is yet another scam. The rule of thumb is that if you are asked to provide personal details, it's a scam. Other tell tale clues are bad spelling and grammar and an @live emai address.

Just delete it and forget it.

If you've given them any personal details that would allow them to access any of your accounts you should change all passwords immediately and if you've given out anything that would allow them to access bank account or credit cards contact your bank.

If you've only given email address and phone number then do not engage in any further conversation with them. This is a classic scam, keep that in mind for all future emails or calls.
