why dont u try downloading movies from sites like this http://www.stagevu.info/ i have been using these kind of sites.. its direct links and resumable... after downloading just convert it to mp4 with some converter to play out on the phone.

You can use Nokia PC Suite to convert video for your phone, just run video manager it will find video on computer, convert and transfer to phone. I also use quick media convertor to convert to MP4 for iPod 16.9 works well and is freeware.
