Hi
Since updating to Belle FP2 yesterday on my 808 Pureview, Maps and all map related apps won't open, they simply close straight away. Tried resetting the settingso n the phone and updating the maps on the Nokia Store. Now I'm stuck. Nokia drive was my second reason for buying the phone after the camera, so I'm a bit distraught lol. I've been making fun of my iOS6 friends the last couple of weeks about their maps and now I feel a bit foolish.

Try reinstalling FP2 with Nokia Suite, if it is currently available, since I heard it was pulled by Nokia again.

Have you tried deleting Either E:\cities + .qf file or F:\cities + .qf file as appropriate, updating to Nokia Maps Suite 2.0 from Nokia Store, re-open Nokia Maps to re-define necessary map folder structure and perhaps download a kb's of map data with Nokia Maps "Online" via WLAN access point by zooming into location and then re-download regional mapping?

I'm now at the latest versions of Maps (3.09(8)) and Nokia Store doesn't suggest a newer version...

@nbourget
There was already a version of Nokia Maps pre-installed within device firmware which can't be removed and it has just been upgraded.
