Have just downloaded the above app to my N8, when I try to open any office file the error message pops up "Unable to edit sheet" (For excel spreadsheets). I can view them OK, or, am I missing a point, does the app only enable you to view Office files?

It looks like you downloaded a trial version of the application, did you download this app from Nokia Store? If so, you can contact the developper (see his contact on the left of Download button) to have more info about the version you have.

Hi Sergent, what new options are in this Microsoft Office mobile package ? My wife has a Nokia N8, but not outlook ! Just wondering if there where some new calander options.

You can read this PDF guide for all the features of the Microsoft apps update.

These older format files are not supported by Office Mobile excel application. Quick office can be used for these old files. Or alternatively load the files on a PC save it in the new format, then you can edit an excel file in this app.
