Hello there, 

My N72 battary is almost dead it's stay for just three or four hours only (after I chargeing it fully), even when I try another battary - not new - also it's stay for the same time.

I dont know, is it a phone problem or what??!, I want to buy a new battary, but I think it will stay for the same period.

I'm gonna update my phone software by "Nokia Device software updater", is it may fix this problem or it's a problem in my phone hardware??
