Would suggest that you backup essential data with Nokia Suite and return device to "as new condition" by keying in *#7370# followed by 12345 (default Nokia lock code unless altered by user) to exclude any possible software corruption.
If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white kudos star would always be appreciated.

Hi akhil_007,
Thank you for posting and welcome to the forum. ![]()
Since the hard reset didn't work and since there's no update available for your phone, you can consider re-installing the software of your phone through Nokia Suite.
Following are basic steps on how you can reinstall your phone's software.
Before installing a software update or reinstalling your current device software we recommend performing a backup of your data:
To restore the data from a backup go into Nokia Suite, select Tools > Restore and follow the wizard to restore your data.

Hi, after you backed up & reformatted your phone did you restore your backup? If so then perhaps it also reinstalled the problem. You could retry to return to factory conditions again & then reinstall the backup individually, (contacts first) then see how you go over the course of several days, if it's OK move onto the next item in the backup & restore that.
