N79 gallery - last few photos taken are not shown ...

N79 gallery - last few photos taken are not shown (stuck at older photos)

When I open the gallery to explore the photos I can't see the ones from the last few days. It's stuck at a certain date and newer photos are not in the gallery. (They are there on the memory card, tho.) Any ideas?

Well I could not see the photos in my Photos only when I accidentally changed the date back to somewhere.

Otherwise  do a factory resetting (*#7780#) to see if there's any changes
