Hi  my N8 camera problem is when im click photos its not clearity im upgraded Anna to Belle Refresh also in Nokia Care plz help me for my N8 nd whats the problem gone

hi mate,

have you tried re-installing your current firmware thru Nokia Suite? if the problems persist, then you may have to perform a three-finger hard reset as a precursor to taking your phone back to Nokia Care for inspection: http://nokia.com/support

Hi mate,

You can adjust scene modes manually by pushing A symbol in camera mode. And also you can adjust picture quality from ... (three dots) / settings / 12M - 4:3

Maybe camera protective glass can be dirty too

ya im set 12mp in4:3 but not clearity nd plz tell procedure for RE  INSTALL BELLE N8

hi again,

go into Nokia Suite and check for updates and it will perform the check and tell you you are up to date, then you will see that next to the icon of your phone there is a paragraph of text. within that paragraph of text there is the option in blue-coloured text to Re-instsall your firmware.

if your camera image quality still hasn't improved after the re-install, then i'd say that your only choice now is to take your phone to Nokia Care for inspection: http://nokia.com/support
