N8 Drop calls and Silent Calls

Lately my phone's been going this...

 

I notice that it occurs most often if I have a lot of tasks opened. If someone calls in, it will be silent for about 3-5 seconds while the person on the other line can hear me, I cannot.

 

For dialing out, The person can hear me, but I cannot hear them at all... After closing all the tasks, then the call was normal.

 

Wondering if anyone's facing the same issue.

It has occurred to me and other people but indipendently by the tasks opened..

I meant that the "silent "issue has occurred to me and a few other people writing on an italian nokia forum, but randomly, not necessarily connected to the applications in background...
