N8: Opera Mobile shortcut disappears from home screen, as well as the app itself

As the title says, here is an issue with my new N8: Opera Mobile shortcut disappears from home screen, as well as the app itself. After some time it reappears. Both things happen without my intervention.

 

At the moment there is a white questionmark where the shortcut used to be.

BTW, this seems to be memory (RAM) related. Funny because I have erased two home screens and only left one and have no apps running in memory (at least not visible through the task manager)

I tried to start the camera and the phone would not allow me to because it can't spare the memory.

It is connected to PC with USB cable and Ovi Suite is running, perhaps it's eating up the phone's RAM?

As soon as I was able to start the camera, the Opera Mobile icon reappeared.

Mass storage is locked while connected to PC.
