N8 wont receive app sms from ovi store

Hello

Nokia n8 anna

Tried nokia help more than 6 x

" try again in 24 to 48 hrs" didn't work.

"we'll ring you back shortly " never do.

I can d'load and install apps via pc ok.

i can receive sms from another country ok.

cannot receive account verification sms from ovi store account page.

cannot receive app sms from ovi store.

Cleared phone cache, no change.

Held power button for 8 seconds and got 3x buzz, no change.

Any ideas ?
