N82 is better for photo's, N96 is better for media. N82 has better battery life, N96 has a bigger screen.

The N82 is available to buy, the N96 won't be available until July at the very earliest.

So, the point is if you are planning to get some for NOW get an N82. Like me, I also planned to get "some" to keep from this time till N96 out.
Besides, keep close eyes to CEBIT 2008, March 4-9, hanover.
