N97 - Mail for exchange full resync option missing

Hello All, 

I want to know if there are any option to resync email on mail for exchange on N97. I have set an option to remove all emails older than 1 day. Still i am able to see all old emails. 

Has anyone encountered this problem before? Can you please provide solution if you were able to resolve this issue.
