N97 Mini wont turn on

while updating the software through nokia suite it suddenly said that it had lost connection to the phone, and then went to the home page of the suite. This left my phone with a white screen and it wouldnt respond to anything. I tried re installing the software and such, but still white screen. FInally I took the battery out, and now it wont turn on! I push the power button and it vibrates, then nothing. This tells me that its not dead, and when i connect it to the computer it disconnects right away. I tried removing the battery for a few minutes and taking out the various cards, but nothing. Please help.
