its been 3 months since v60.0.003 has been released and it is still not available for my phone

phone model: 5800 xpressmusic

product code: 0596011

software version: v52

various reasons as to why you dont have it. first is your phone network locked?

i can access internet or the web via my mobile browser

what network are you on? will your phone only take that sim?

im on emtel network. Other sims also are accepted. do you really think it is the network because i tried updating the software using nokia suite and nokia software updater and it says 'no update available'???

if you got the phone locked on that network then yeah. if a phone has been unlocked it doesnt mean that updates will come straight away

i tried using another network and still the same it says 'no updates available' even when i try 'can i update' on nokia website using my product code it says that the latest version for my phone is v52 although v60.0.003 is available for nokia 5800 xpressmusic

thats the main point. whoever that product code belongs to ie network wise its down to them

its the network who that code belongs to you need to ask. there are ways but cant discuss them here

well according to researches i made, this code is from italia hoping that soon the codes will be unlocked

As you have mentioned that other SIMs are working then the issue MAY not be related to your Operator (Network). Either wait and keep on checking for the update till one is released for your Product Code..else, you may ask your local Nokia Care whether they can do it for you ...
