What sort of support and software are you looking for.

Software can be downloaded from various locations depending on what you are looking for. The N96 is still relatively new so there is only limited software available at the moment.

that's a built-in system software that can't be installed on it's own. to solve this problem i think you should update your phone to the latest firmware either through OTA or nokia software updater
to update through OTA go to:
menu> tools> utilities>device mgr> options> check for updates.

to update or reinstallation of the firmware through the nokia software update visit the following page.

Also there seems to be a problem with Nokia Music Manager, use Mass storage mode and drag and drop the music to MUSIC or MY MUSIC folders.

Or use WMP11 to sync the music to N96.
