that is perfectly normal. I do remember reading an article from Steve Litchfield over at AllAboutSymbian.com a few months back, where he noticed the same thing , and after investigation concluded that this is normal and for some reason the battery capacity was mis-stated and that it is actually 1320mAh. Therefore i would find no cause for concern, unless your battery life was decreasing drastically.
