i just found this link which is talking about a new update lurking around for Belle users.

Just wondering whether this is NEWS or has been doing the rounds for a while?

Any insider info on how big the chnages are going to be? And please, a browser update so desparately needed!

It's a bit strange because the date of the article is for today but they are describing updating the phones to Belle, which happened back in February.

This article says that Nokia Belle phones will get more updates. However, there's no official announcement for all I know (Nokia stated that more updates will become available for 1st gen. S^3 devices but they haven't posted any article saying that those updates have already become available).
