Nokia 500 Never Ending Media Transfer

Since i tried putting music on my Nokia 500, the phone has always given me the message "Media transfer in progress" when I access music player. I even removed the music and now the library has 0 files but still "Media transfer in progress."

 

How do I solve this?

i am having the same problem...i put a couple of songs yesterday into my nokia 500..and now im doing the same thing again today but it keeps on sayin media transfer in progress..been an hour now...every time i take out the wire, i see the songs i put in the day before but not the ones i've been trying to put in today :smileysad: HELP MEEEE
