I Have SIM card in UAE and i went to Egypt and i changed the SIM card with Egyptian SIM card but the phone locked i checked the security setting to ensure that the feature (Lock if SIM cahnged is set in NO) i tried with another UAE SIM card and the phone open normaly and i returned back to the Egyptian SIM but again the phone locked

Can any one advice what to do?

Sounds like your phone is locked to one network,you need to get it unlocked call your provider on how to go about this
