HELP! my brother's phone doesn't start even if the battery is full. I just want to help my brother to retrieve his phone cause' he's the only one that doesn't have a phone. Need help A.S.A.P. Thank you and god bless.

try remove the battery for a few mins and give it another go if it wont turn on you will have to send it to a nokia care point
