Nokia 5800xm - Folder Mess with Mass Storage Mode

This is the 3rd time I connected my Nokia 5800xm in Mass Storage Mode.. and after disconnecting (thru' Safely Remove Hardware..everytime) the Folders are in a Mess. Applications are shifted from its original folders to don't ask where..(Oh!) .. :smileymad:

I could re-organise them back without much trouble.. but why is this happening ? Is there any way to stop this ?

BTW I am with the latest Firmware v 52.0.007 and Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit
