603 being a budget friendly device,shouldn't a feature like micro sim be used for higher end device like 701 or even(700 since it is itself micro ie small)if 603 is for a target audience that needs a value for money smartphone then the non acceptance of standard would defeat the soul purpose of 603 as an average user wouldn't want to mess up with sim cutter or adapter.so don't u think 603 with standard sim support would have been much better in terms of sales too.

Hmm u got a point but the device is already been mamufactured n in the market. NOTHING can b done ad of now.

Well! NOKIA produce devices for long term usage n ppl use it too. So cutting SIM will not b a big deal for consumer. Ur local operator can so it for freee

I agree too that Nokia 603 will be better comes with standard SIM card, not micro SIM. If one day we would like to change the phone, we shouldn't be faced to choose a phone that micro SIM support only. That's my opinion.

I guess u both not getting the concept right...

Micro SIM can b turned to Standard SIM & vice-versa.

Its not a big issue if u buy another phone with a standard SIM support.

You can ask for a standard SIM from your local network operator for free.

Or another solution is If u had already CUT ur SIM to Micro, u can also use SIM adapter to insert it in Standard SIM mobile phones

Thank you for your reply. Every country have different characteristic. At my country, replace SIM card free if the customers meet term & conditions. If you said that using adapter, I don't know. Thank you for your information.

Yes! brother,

Every country n operators hav different characteristics.

Better opyion is to use SIM adapters which are quite cheap.

From which you can use your MICRO SIM in any phone.
