Hi,

I've got my new nokia 700 with preload games( Fruit Ninja and Angry Birds Magic) and some apps. After reseting of the telefon to factory settings, all preload games and apps was lost. I tried hard reset and firmware restore over nokia suite, but the games are still lost.

Any idea, how I can resolve this problem?

Did u tried connecting it to Nokia suite ? After reunstalling firmware? it might appear in Updates.

If not, n if these Apps are free in full versuon thn u must find it in Nokia store.

Also note that you can re-download your purchased apps from "my stuff" in Nokia Store. You can do so either from a PC or from the Nokia Store app on your device.

the same situation here. I lost a lot of stuff when my phone was in Nokia service (changed screen). Technician just flashed new firmware and, whoops, preinstalled software was disappeared.
And no, you can't re-download apps from "my stuff", because those have never been in my stuff. Apps was bundled to the phone when I purchased it.
hardware reset is even worse. I've lost lots of standard functionality (for example image editor and video editor) and it seems that there is no way to reinstall it from Nokia Suite. Cause, Suite installs only "Updates", it assumes that basis software is already on your phone and it doesn't restore it.
so, it seems to me that there is no way to get back preinstalled games you've got with your phone (unless you buy you another phone).

Applicable to Pre-Installed GAMES only: 

If u had trouble finding games pre-installed on ur Nokia device. No need to panic, just Go to Nokia store & search for it. It will b available to download for freee.

Like we kno Angry Birds, Fruit Ninja are Paid games, But if it cam pre-installed in Full version thn it will b also FREE in Nokia store.

Let's check it out. It was Angry Birds with magic (NFC-something version). And it's not awailable from ovi/nokia store.

I am more interested in proper solution made by Nokia. Because, it's obvious, we've lost preinstalled software. Nokia/Accenture has to fix this issue. It's more important than to download SIS package from somewhere (can you guaranty that it's clean?)

No guarantee's however posts from that forum suggest it works.... the official way would be to reinstall your firmware and this should hopefully give you these games back.

Reinstalling software doesn't help. Even asking service center to flash back software doesn't help, because they flash some kind of general version that doesn't contain bundled software.

Then I would suggest if you really wanted that game to get it from the link I provided. Unfortunately the game's not readily available on the store, which I agree is a missed point.

Sorry, but I can't find this apps in "my stuff". I can see now the apps within NFC Apps of Nokia Store, but I should pay to download it... Any other ideas to restore the original state?

Another question: I'm living in Germany. My Nokia (Product Code 059L6T3) has firmware 111.020.0308. I tried to update it, but neither telefon nor Nokia Suite can't find any updates. It should be new firmawe 112.010.1404 available now. Is it something wrong with my telefon?

Video editor should be in your Gallery, after the update to Feature Pack 2 that you appear to have alluded to.

As pointed out choose video in Gallery tap on it and then settings (three horizontal line icon at bottom right) > Edit:

So on 700 Belle FP2 tapping three horizontal line icon at bottom right of screen doesn't elicit this response?
