There is very limited data on this, but one person reported that the HSPA bug may have been fixed on these (and presumably later) numbers.

 

All IMEIs I have been able to check with UK importers are much earlier than the above.

 

Also, what is the latest Bell firmware version which a UK person can upgrade their 808 with, using Nokia Suite?

UK Product Code 059P6W5 IMEI earlier than your target, running 113.010.1508 and Nokia Suite v3.7.21 Beta gives no option to re-install existing software!

If so, then perhaps Nokia blocks app reinstallation if the current firmware (1508) was not officially released in the UK...

 

The only way to reinstall apps will be by getting the .sis files and executing them with Nokia Suite running. You can usually find the .sis files with google :smileywink:

I've tried 3 different phones in the "xxxxx5050xxxx"  range and they all had the HSPA bug.. so maybe they've fixed it for "5051"
