Below are my mobile details:

Mobile: Nokia E7
Belle Version : 111.040.1511

I am using CA-75U cable for TV out from my Nokia E7, it was working perfect with Anna, once i updated to Belle it stopped working.

I tried below solutions suggested in previous replies:

1) reinstalled the update from Nokia Suite. (conclusion:Not worked)
2) Then I did hard reset. using format "First of all, back up your data using Nokia Suite. Then type *#7370# on your phone's keypad. The default lock code is 12345" (conclusion:Not Worked)

In between that time one update of Belle came, i updated my phone and tried again to connect with TV but still not worked...

Please help me..

I have the same problem, I have nokia n8 and facing same issue on my nokia n8, I am not able to connect my phone through TV out cable.

Nokia knows only that how they cheating us, they are only know that how they can take money from consumer's pocket.

Yes is a bit tricky.I fiound that while the output are all connected just slightly slide out of only a few milimeters than back full y in the phone jack end, it will finally detect the TV out properly and it does it also if I only wish to output audio from the same cable.Nokia shoult re-establish the jack detection with the prompt  screen for : headsets/headphone/music stand/line out(was listed on the 5800) and add the tv out as well. And if the user wish to stop having the prompt screens he would just have to change the default in the ''settings/phone/accessory settings'' like it was working with ANNA and older version like the 5800.I just re- try it on my old 5800 and if any otther than headset are selected as default, the prompt is disable but when i select headset as default wnen i plug the tv-out cable or any other aux jack other than a headphone the ''select accessory'' pop up show up with : -headset-headphones-lineout-TV-out cable-music stand- to chose from. Even if refresh FP-2 will not be available for the N8 Nokia should at least release a maintenance update to adress that kind of issues and add any other bugs fix along the way.

anmona: u r using HDMI or RCA? For RCA u must
1. Turn on tv
2. Plug RCA Red White Yellow in proper input to TV
3. Plug ur N8 to RCA
