Hello,

I am Greek and i have a Nokia N96 mobile with the firmware v30.033. I am thinking to upgrade at v30.101 as i find that 30.033 is too slow. I would like to ask you if the firmware 30.101 supports the Greek Language as well?

Hello Geo,

 Your phone will default to whatever is the default language on the phone. If you had Greek installed as a language pack by a Nokia Care point then you will need to get it reinstalled after the update.

Hello and thank you for your answer to my question.

Though, to be honest, I didn't understand well what I have to do now. So you propose to me to go to a Nokia Care point to update to firmware v30.101? After this I will have the greek language installed? I couldn't update to the new firmware via Nokia Suite? The problem is that Nokia Suite does not recognize that there is a new firmware for my phone?

 The 30.101 firmware is only available for the following product codes;

0567000

0543716

0567005

0543721

If your product code isn't listed then the update isn't available for your device. To find your product code check the label under the battery.

Nope, it is 0543720. So, it seems that i can't use new firmware.
