I called NetCom today about this, and they claimed it had to be an error on the phone, as they could guaranty that the time settings of their network was 100 % correct.
I've set up my phone to update time from the network, but constantly the clock turns itself 1-2 minutes backwards, making me late for appointments, radio-news etc. As I travel between different time zones, it's a handy feature, and I would like it to work as supposed.
Anyone who have experience with this? Any fixes?

I would of course prefer that the functions already on the phone would not require additional programs to work properly.
I already have v12 of the firmware, so I have the hopes that Nokia will come up with a fix. Hopefully someone from Nokia is following these discussions here.

i'm also using v12 of the firmware and my alarms are going off 4-5 mins later than I've set them..
Not good when you rely on this functionality.

The problem is NOT that the time changes. The time is relatively accurate on my phone.
I too have tested this many times to see what happens. In my opinion, the time stays correct. If my alarm is set for eg. 06h30, then when the alarm actually activates, the phone time is 06h33. Then I set the time for 06h29 and it activetes @ 06h32; set for 06h28, it activates @ 06h31...
BUT!!! When I set the alarm for 06h27, expecting it to activate @ 06h30,following the above trend, it then activates correctly at 06h27.
It seems that there is a bug in the firmware/software prohibiting the alarm to activate on or around certain times, this can only be fixed by Nokia developers, not by 3rd party programs.
NOKIA, PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!?

I haven't experienced this kind of problem you are describing, but I've seen something similar when I've set reminders for meetings etc. Even if my standard reminder is 15 minutes, the reminder goes off 12 or 13 minutes before the meeting.
Kind of funny, and very irritating... I agree - we have to wait for a fix from Nokia - I've heard it is a whole new operating system on its way. When?
