Nokia Xpressmusic 5800 Beep instead of call tone or SMS tone

Hi!

My Nokia Xpressmusic 5800 doesn't give me my ringtone anymore. It only gives me a beep. It is the same for calls and SMS.

I can still play music from the phone.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get this fixed?

Try a factory restore and set up profiles again
type in *#7780# and the code is 12345 if asked.

NO it won't .. but still its advisable to back-up data before the reset ..
