Phone locked with fsecure

I took my sim card to Telstra load into my new Samsung Note 2. They cut the sim smaller to fit the Samsung so it can't be put back in my N8. My N8 has locked itself with Fsecure and Fsecure is sending the unlock signal to the sim in the Samsung. I have bee trying to contact Fsecure online support for 24 hours. They leave you on hold for 10 minutes and then the console disconnects you. Can anyone help with unlocking the N8 which I want to give to some else and Nokia please can you ask Fsecure to provide better help to your customers.

As you are disposing of device thee is always the possibility of carrying out a three key depressed power on "hard reset", but not ideal upon Symbian Belle devices as some essential certificates can be deleted, necesitating device software be re-installed at a Nokia Care facility as using option within Nokia Suite is not adequate.
