Problem updating phone software

Hi!

 

A whole bunch of updates have recently appeared in the Software Update application; I was able to install them all directly from my phone, except the Phone Software (Important update). Version 21.0.045.

 

I select "start update" but nothing happens at all.

 

Has anybody already encountered the same problem?

what phone have you is it sim free or operator branded
