Is it avalaible to resote information without backup? I updated software so all infromation deleted.I didn't made backup. I want to get my contact back. How can i do it?

If you are certain that you made no backups (make sure you check Nokia's PC suite if installed) and updated the software then unfortunately all of your data has been destroyed and cannot be retrieved.

I didn't saved backup but i have something from "Appdate" and one file called "DATA"

That is just a default folder of your phone. If you have not performed a backup before the update, all of your data will be deleted and sad to say but there's no way to retrieve it.
