have you checked via Nokia Suite that you have the latest firmware installed on your device? the last firmware version made available to the N95 was v35 a few years back. not sure what the issue is there, but updates to the baseline of the Flash Player came in the form of firmware updates only. You also do not need to use Nokia PC Suite to copy all video files directly, you can do this by copying the file to your phone, or memory card, by simply using Windows Explorer, then the file should play when you navigate to the File Manager and open the file on your phone.
