The people from the service centre where VERY helpful.
The problem isn't the service centre, it's Nokia itself.
I did another call, and finally after,... again,... 9 min. of waithing I got the right person on the phone (so I hope), and she told me that the phone still in Germany is.
After 3 weeks!? Are they all on a holiday?
And after all, yes the N95 is a very nice phone, IF IT WORKS. The first 2 months I was sooooo happy with my new phone, talked about it to all of my friends, how wonderful the phone was, now,.......
I'm angry, said, and most of all VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I'm feeling so powerless, so fustrated that there is nothing I can do. Must I wait for another 3 weeks ?
Who knows. Every evening I'm on the road, and normally I do around 7,8 appointments each evening, now without my GPS I do just 2/3, what a wast off time!
Let me thank you all for your reactions. It means a lot to me, knowing someone cares, since Nokia doesn't.
I keep you all posted on how things proceed.
