No. Nokia is only planning to sell Windows Phones in the USA. However they have said that pureview technology would come to windows phone sometime in the future.

Your only hope might be that someone like Amazon imports the Pureview to the US, but it will be expensive.

You will be able to import an 808 pureview from another country to use in the US but it's won't have a valid US warranty and it may only work on 2G networks.

To answer your second question there will not be any further N (or E, X or C) series handsets released. Nokia has changed the way they name and number their phones.

It's so sad that Nokia 808 PureView is not coming to US. This is the type of Symbian phone that has the specs and UI polish to meet the needs of the American market, and the fabulous camera will be a significant factor as well. It's a big mistake to not release this phone in the US as doing it will cause people to change the way they think about Symbian OS in the US.
