Yesterday I saw an update for my n8 on the nokia suite and started to download it. I had a power failure and my pc went off. After I rebooted I tried to get the update again but it doesn't show. I've hit refresh a few times and tried since yesterday.

Do I need to delete cache on my pc or my phone for it to show again? Any help would be appreciated.

I thought maybe there is something I could clear to make it realize I have not fully updated.

As you mentioned you could clear your phone’s cache as it is only connecting to the server once every 24h and any other time only check its memory, by tapping the Clock on your homescreen and changing the date of your phone to next day (via Settings); for example to 29/05/12.
