If you can add 10K more to your budget, you can get 808 PureView with 41MP camera.

Go for N8. It has autofocus camera. With autofocus camera, you can take shots of both far as well as near objects like say flowers, Id cards, text on a paper, and anything from 10cm distance. But 701 and 603 have no autofocus and you cannot take images of near objects and if you take a shot though, they will be blurred.
