I have a ten month old nokia 5800xm . Its touch screen display had broken will I warranty benefit

If it's physically broken it will not be covered by warranty. You will need to discuss the cost with the repair centre.

If it's not physically broken and simply stopped working then it will be covered, unless they find that it's been caused by neglect or moisture damage.

I don't think it's physically broken . But they say because there is a crack in it so it will not be covered by warranty . Is it true . Please help me .

If there's a crack then it is physical damage, warranty void. If you feel that is wrong you will need to call Nokia care and discuss it with them.
