What I got yesterday from OVI Store is 1.00(19197), which is the highest number I've ever seen in Swype related discussions. 

 

So I guess it's a pretty new version, no?

Yes, this the newest version. I think all you can do right now is to wait for corrected language pack. The one from Betalabs is indeed corrupted.

A new German Language Pack has become available today, and it's working fine on my C6-01.
