Anybody have a solution to get Mac iCal calender appointments onto a nokia N8?

Importing ical into my google calendar doesn't work very well. It doesn't update onto google calender very well.

The other thing too, is that imorting google calender appointments only imports the user appointments and not subscribed appointments, which makes it pretty useless for me.
