Hi

 

just bought an n8 and am tryng to restore the backup I took using the suite.

 

I get an error telling me thatr my phone is set to en-us and my backup file is set to en.

 

How do I set the n8 to en?

Don't know what product code your N8-00 is but sounds as if it has got US localization. Any ability to change device language is found in Menu > Settings > Phone > Language but would expect you to be stuck with English(US).

Thanks for that , the settings in that menu are both english so I suspect that is what I'm stuck with.

 

The phone is a vodofone supplied unit but I now run it on giff gaff, only hafd the issue when restoring via the suite from my old n95
