Great tip from steve litchfield today, if you go to installed applications in Application mng, you can remove' reorganizer uninstall' and memory reorganizer becomes available again as a download and you can re-use it to get a couple of meg back again !!!!!!!![]()
I just did it, works great (don't you just love the interweb ?)

memory reorganiser N97 seems to work like the defrag on windows.
and it does uninstall and reinstall successfully, to be used again.

Cool, just tried that. It worked for me.
Thanks

I don't know how it works, but some sort of defrag action may be correct. I just know it has gained me a bit of extra space a few times, if I uninstall something (like maps or any other app) when I check file manager my C will have increased, but if I run re-organiser, I will gain anything from point one of a meg to 1.2 meg, so I always delete the un-install app so I can re-use it again ! Every little helps

Hi Carman58,
I did as you said and removed "reorganizer uninstall" but I can't find "reorganizer"!!!
Where should I find it?
I do not remember how I get it in first place either, please help the newbe ![]()
OK! I found it, sorry!
For others newbees: Look int to Applications > SW Update!

That's the point of the post, the idea is that the update self removes after doing it's stuff (so it's not actually taking up more space than it saves), but by removing the reorganiser removal software the updater allows you to download again, it will only have an effect after you've used the phone for a while and there is something to re-organise !

How I wish I could get to do this.
But it refuses to show up in SW Update and if I install it manually from a .sis file, it refuses to show its icon.
So enjoy the blessings of the reorganizer, you lucky ones... ![]()
