my nokia 500 restart automaticly what should i do ? I also updated it once but problem prist nd some times its camera also doest open plz suggest me what should i do ??

try using the phone without a SIM card. if the issue does not happen then.....get a new SIM card

Please install the latest 011.033 phone sw version when it becomes available for your phone, the new version contains some stability improvements.

Well the problem of the screen fading away into darkness and the phone restarting is gone but now a new problem has come up ,the phone just freezes drop dead and does not respond

please nokia be quick to resolve this problem

Yes for me as well. I updated to belle but the problems are still there.

Yes. I too face the restart problem after Belle update. Looks like we 500 users need to face it for ever without a solution.

The problems remain the same after the update Belle -black lines, restart. Service wrote to me that it is sufficient to restore the default settings :-))))))))))

Welcome to the Forum.

Could you check if your phone is up to date? Enter *#0000# on your keypad to display your current software version.

You could check the latest software for Nokia 500 here.  If your phone needs to be updated, I would advise you to download Nokia suite and connect your phone to your PC.

after your suggestion i update new software version 111.021.0028 but after update , last setting of my phone. office folder, Game, Applications folder are remove all content are displaying on one screen, how can i set previous setting
