i want to format phone memory as well as the memory card of N86 8MP.

what all things will i lose after format.

i got to know that N-gage will no longer exist after format.

FORMAT  = delete  everything  nothing left  .

When you carry out a reset  the firmware is reloaded and phone is in exact condition when new .

You lose the applications you have installed but not the apps that come with the phone .

A firmware installation on an N86 shouldnt really delete anything due to the user data retention.
