not have said anything officially, nothing appears to upgrade soon for nokia 500 ( Silly us, begin to hate nokia.Don't ever buy from them if don't do update to Belle. I wait 1-2 week and after, I try to sell my phone. ( too many problems on nokia 500, I hate this phone! )

so, i see now you're deleting people's posts.... i wonder why, maybe because they're right, huh? i'm the 4th of my friends to sell my nokia 500, i'm sooo glad i did it, now i bought myself a phone that actually works!

I am so disappointed that Nokia 500 won't receive the Belle update straightaway - to think that the delays since 2011 already gave them ample time to customize it to the 500's different hardware... I hope it won't take any longer.

a few weeks?!?!? are you #!#@ insane???? this phone cost me a lot of money and it's useless...nothing but an expensive toy...i can't use it because in any moment it will restart...i will not be surprised if in those few weeks it will explode...nokia really showed me that everything it's possible, but in a bad way...and it's getting worse...i wanted to sell my phone but when the buyer saw it restarting itself he didn't want it anymore...so, as i was saying...useless...thanks again, nokia!

now i know the answer why 500 will release later.

1. Compare to other s^3/anna phones, 500 just announce together with belle. Means anna phone like e7, x7 and e6 released 1st and have more time testing belle os than 500.

2. 500 doesn't have gpu compare to s^3/annz phone. Because, compare to them, has 680mhz cpu and added, it's slow but more smoother graphics unlike the 500, has 1 ghz but no gpu,
means even updated to belle, it might have a little smooth graphics

3. Last but not the least, since belle was announce last august, 500 was not included on the list for belle because, it's not compatable, even 500 is a S.anna. OR, even if they testing the 500 for belle, it might announce sooner or later that 500 is truelly not compatible for belle. (if that happens, either i still use the 500 or swap to asha 303. I know nokia will never do that...)

so, currently, my 500 works fine a litle bit after updating to 11.033.

1. Browser is improved
2. No auto restart, but sometimes yes, it restart. But it doesn't bother like 5800 before

so there are my opinion bout why 500 release for belle later

It's gonna release on a few days...but anyway, why Nokia doesn't have GPU like the others?? If no update to Belle OS, I'll regret and buy X7-00 coz it's big screen and easy for me to use it ~ !!

successfullly update my 500 to belle OS.

1. very smooth graphics which will match up the specs of 500 and belle

2. angry runs runs smoothly

3. pull down notification bar

4. a worth update.

so in conclusion, nokia belle for 500 impressed us, even after waiting of weeks, i guess

so kudos for nokia

Just refresh your nokia suite application and it should be there, double check with your device code if belle is available. Must sa that it is worth updating. We can finally see the worth of this device. Truly a value packed phone. Plus hooray for Angry Birds
