i have a nokia 5800 and the battery declines really fast . and its not reading it correctly . i have bought a new battery and the problem is still there. i also tried reseting the phone.

why is the battery like this ? and why the new one too ?

What is the current battery life ? and How much and what applications do you use.. If you are running applications in background, Using Internet, Using GPS.. etc then the life will be shorter..

Backlight time also affects..

all applications are off nothing runing in the background

the battery life is a couple of hours maybe

and all i do is text nothing else really . maybe surf the internet a little and thats it

Try a Firmware upgrade ..

Even the charger may be a problem.. so if you can try another charger..
