Try in Nokia store only.
I recommend you to download Nokia sleeping screen. It is fantastic.

Yes, it is available for the 701. You can download the latest version from Nokia store.

Yes it is available for 701. I have just checked and it is listed inthestore at http://store.ovi.com/content/212990 or just search for "sleeping screen" in the store app on your phone.
