Did you mean Nokia Browser New & Improved? That browser is available only for Nokia S40, I'd ever check on Nokia Store, I choose Nokia 6730 classic, the result is not available.

Icoolguy1995: Browser 8.3 is only available when you install the Belle Feature Pack 1 sofware update so you need to have a Nokia 700, 701, 603 and the upcoming Pureview. There is a slim chance we may get the browser for older Symbian Belle devices, but I've not seen any confirmation and it seems that we won't get feature pack 1.

To classic_sis: the s40 browser is something completely different and not for symbian phones
