I would think that symbian 3 phones will not be compatible with windows phone 7. In other words you will not be able to upgrade say an N8 to windows mobile 7.  Also at the moment I cannot get the latest update for my N8. As far as I am concerned NOKIA IS DEAD. I will be switching to an other platform. No more Nokia for me. After 16 years it is good bye Nokia. I feel that this Microsoft plant (Stephen Elop) has betrayed all loyal Nokia customers.

Shame on you Mr Elop.

I would suggest that this is the first step in Microsoft trying to gain control of Nokia.

Unfortunately the Americans do not like it when someone from outside of the USA beats them at their own game.
