i have installed the spb tv but i have a problem to see the channel (i hear the sound perfectly)

Unfortunately we don't get any information upon what device is registered with Nokia upon this forum to help you further with your issue.

Anyways, did you try changing the 'Video Quality' to LOW and see if it makes any difference?

Which device do you have..? On my Nokia 5800xm when the Video starts tapping the screen provides 4 settings...one of these (the second icon) is for the Quality ...

i think spb tv is not compatible with nokia 500

TV channels work well with 3G enabled phones as these use video streaming.
